Hello! Happy Tuesday! I am happy to announce that on this day June 10, 2025, Heart2Heartz Org. Corporation has fully launched. We are now taking participants who would like to join our family community. Heart2Heartz Org. is for 1st-time offenders, juveniles, and young adults aging out of the foster care system. So if you are a probation/parole officer, juvenile officer, foster parent with a young adult foster child, church, or non-profit organization and know someone that may benefit from our programs. Please reach out by phone, email, or the form listed on the website. Even though we assist in the Gwinnett and surrounding counties of GA, we are willing to assist in a different state. If you wish to participate, please do not hesitate to reach out.
I am not federal or state-funded, this is strictly a privately owned organization. I do accept donations, of all types. Heart2Heartz Org. is about Hearts being Lifted, Minds being Renewed and Souls being saved.
